RTVox provides tools to generate speech from text, manage projects, and access TTS features via API. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for all content you submit (including text prompts) and any audio you generate or distribute.

To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

The Service (including our software, website, APIs, voice catalog, and documentation) is owned by RTVox or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• •You retain any rights you have in the text you submit to the Service. Subject to these Terms, you may use the audio output you generate.
• •You must not use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights). Some voices or features may be subject to additional restrictions from third-party licensors.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using RTVox:

• •Using the Service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• •Impersonation, voice fraud, or generating audio intended to mislead others (including scams or deepfakes without consent)
• •Violating intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• •Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• •Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the stability or performance of the Service

RTVox may collect the following types of data to operate and improve the Service:

• •Content data: text you submit and audio you generate (as needed to provide the Service)

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTVox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTVox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RTVox operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
